Provide a round table culture – Our members recognize the need for spiritual family on
a personal and corporate level. By providing a round table culture, one in which JESUS is
the head, we are able to provide relational support to each of our members. Whether
you are in need of a brother to come along side of you or the availability of a seasoned
pastor who has accomplished what you are attempting, our association provides the
benefits of a denomination without the trappings.

Provide practical solutions – Even the most capable and anointed ministers soon realize
that ministry is much more than preaching and praying for the sick. There are IRS
regulations, parsonage issues, sound systems, lights, etc. that often frustrate pastors.
Our membership has a track record of helping each other in these areas.

Provide opportunity to develop foreign missions – Our current membership has
experience on five continents and has vetted the efficacy of ministries as far away as
India and as close as Mexico. Perhaps you have a missions mandate that feels too large
for you to accomplish on your own. We desire to see churches of every size, partner
and participate in the Great Commission together!

Provide oversight and accountability – We provide a voluntary means of accountability
between pastors and oversight upon request. Have you ever had to deal with a difficult
board member? How does your church’s budgetary practice compare with other
churches of your size? Our members have greatly benefited from the volunteering of
pertinent information. It is not our desire to be the “church police”, papal hierarchy or
invest dictatorial power within ourselves; it is our desire to be a resource, help, and
advocate for churches within the association.
